The Parc Rittenhouse is a $50 million renovation of the original Penn Athletic Club building, most recently known as the Rittenhouse Regency apartments. It was re-named by the developers to reflect its new identity. Lubert-Adler, Allan Domb Real Estate and David Marshall, who developed The Rittenhouse, collaborated on this project.
McDonald Painting was chosen to master the painting of this unique and exciting project. The extensive renovation included luxury condominiums, pool, health club, library, lounge, Stephen Starr's Parc Bistro, garden terrace and parking. McDonald Painting offered great assurance of quality and reliability to this beautiful Philadelphia landmark.
